We're talking about the Harmonic Minor chords the diatonic chords that make up the harmonic minor sound in this lesson, and of course there are seven of them – one for each mode of Harmonic Minor Scale. Some of these chords sound a little crazy… in case you haven't noticed, Harmonic Minor is a little eerie a little wonky sounding, but it's really important to know these diatonic chords so you can compose progressions and work on establishing this Harmonic Minor sound in your guitar playing, as opposed to maybe just using power chords (which is also a viable option depending on the genre, to be fair).
