Here are some details you should know about how refunds are handled:
Refunds are not typically provided for subscription periods you’ve already paid for, but you can easily cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees. Simply go to My Account and cancel your plan. Your subscription will end after the duration of your current billing period.
We can’t offer refunds or returns for physical products — though if you receive a defective product, or the wrong item altogether, that will be remedied as soon as possible!
