What we really love about Tool can’t be explained in words alone. It must be felt. When Tool’s guitarist, Adam Jones, released an inconspicuous Instagram video featuring a barrage of riffs, it felt like Tool’s long hiatus may be coming to an end. But that guitar riff just left me wanting more. So, I made my dream a reality. I took it upon myself to learn the guitar riff, create some drums and bass in the style of Tool around it, and slowly slithered back into my hole to lie in wait for the next sighting of new Tool music.
