This is quite possibly my favorite Hendrix solo. While I'll never quite be able to match his tone, I think this tune is the epitome of the perfect Strat sound, as it features the warm and vintage clean tones during the verses, with this slightly broken up, creamy lead sound. The articulation and timing of this solo is what makes it so unique, essentially floating on top of the song, kind of like, well... a light breeze. Great job writing an actual "windy" solo, Jimi.
